Feel free to share visual references, moodboards, or concept briefs. The more specific you are, the better aligned we’ll be going into our call.

Initial Call
We jump on a call to discuss your project requirements, creative vision, and timeline.
This is also where we align on budget and I put together your custom quote.

Proposal & Deposit
Once we’re aligned on scope and quote, I send over a proposal and contract.
A deposit is required to secure your start date and kick things off!
Making it Happen

Concept
We build the storyboard and creative direction together before anything goes into production so we’re both aligned.

Production
I bring your concept to life. You’ll see progress at key stages and have the opportunity to give feedback.
This keeps revisions minimal and the project on track.

Delivery
Once final payment is received, your files are delivered in the formats specified in the brief.

How does pricing work?
Every project is unique so I work on custom quotes rather than fixed packages. Get in touch with your brief and we’ll arrange an initial call to go through project requirements and quotes.
What’s your turnaround time?
Typically 3–4 weeks depending on the complexity of the project. Rush turnarounds can be accommodated, just mention it in your brief and we’ll discuss what’s possible.
Do you need the physical product?
Not always. I can work from reference images, packaging files, and brand guidelines. Having the physical product helps with accuracy and realism but isn’t essential.
Do you offer retainer packages?
Yes! If you need regular content across multiple campaigns or product launches, a retainer is a great way to lock in availability and keep things moving without briefing from scratch each time. Get in touch to discuss what that could look like for your brand.
